Technology skills create opportunity, connection, and confidence. Through programs supported by the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation, Fulton County libraries continue to provide free learning opportunities that help neighbors thrive.

The InspiredU Adult Digital Literacy Program, sponsored by Comcast and hosted at library branches across the county, offers hands-on workshops designed to help adults build confidence with technology in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether someone is learning basics for the first time or sharpening existing skills, these classes meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Participants explore topics including:

  • Computer hardware and laptop basics
  • Internet navigation and keyboard functions
  • Microsoft Office and essential software skills
  • Video conferencing tools
  • AI tools and digital resources
  • Skills that support workplace success and everyday life

Upcoming May classes include:

  • May 5: Washington Park Library
  • May 19: Ocee Library
  • May 26: Ponce de Leon Library

All May sessions take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and are free to attend.

Programs like these reflect the mission of the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation: expanding access to knowledge, learning, and opportunity for all residents across Fulton County.

Thanks to generous funding from Comcast, these workshops continue to make a meaningful impact in communities throughout the county.
