Imagine a great library

The Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation is the advocate and fundraising champion of the Fulton County Library System, providing critical funding support for all 34 branches. Contributions from foundations, corporations and individuals like you support innovation and community programs above and beyond what public funding can provide. The Foundation is committed to being a force of change enhancing our libraries and bringing residents together.

Our impact

Libraries enrich the lives of everyone in our community, regardless of age or economic circumstance. The Library Foundation supports the following priority areas of the Fulton County Library System.

Education and employment

Supports children, families and adults in academic success, career readiness and life through youth and adult literacy programs.

Digital access and technology

Provides critical technological access that is fundamental to life in our society inside and outside the library’s walls.

Partnerships and community engagement

Partners with leaders, organizations, and individuals to advocate for community needs and celebrate the unique creative and cultural spirit of Atlanta.
