Aisha Greenlee is a natural leader with a strong educational and nonprofit background and a proven track record of strategic partnering, problem-solving and building community. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Norfolk State University, where she excelled academically and demonstrated a commitment to building community through campus involvement with several organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
With more than 16 years of professional experience, Aisha started her career in education as a Language Arts and ESL teacher. She’s held key roles in Junior Achievement of Georgia and 3DE Schools by Junior Achievement, contributing significantly to the launch of the Chick-fil-A Junior Achievement Discovery Center and the launch of 3DE Schools in Atlanta Public Schools. Her work with the first 3DE Schools graduating class in APS history led to Aisha joining 3D3’s Launch & Expansion Team, which scaled the model across the country in more than 10 school districts.

Currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach and Partnerships at WABE, Aisha continues to lead and build meaningful community partnerships. In this role, she is responsible for community programming, educational outreach, and partnerships. She plays a pivotal role in WABE Amplifying Atlanta’s people and stories.
Committed to growth and excellence, Aisha is driven by her passion for people and advocacy. She served on the Atlanta Youth Commission Board, lead Atlanta City Council campaigns and served as the Vice President of the Norfolk State Atlanta Alumni chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
